The faculty of Wharton’s High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact program needed a way to help participants not just learn change models but be equipped to truly lead successful change in their organizations.


Solution

After learning a change model, reading the research and discussing their own challenges around change, executives in the course participate in ExperienceChange™ to close the “knowledge-doing gap” of successful change.
