What is this toolkit?

We’ve curated a collection of resources to help you engage and bring people together to accomplish a shared goal using human-centered design. It offers guidance on how to approach the most common scenarios you may encounter as a Catalyst.

The objective is to facilitate the practice using a human-centred approach so that you can successfully integrate the innovation process into your day-to-day work.

Your role as a Catalyst

As a Catalyst, you are responsible for running and sustaining efforts to meet company objectives. Catalysts are energized, prepared to deliver workshops, take ownership in the movement, and equipped to begin the process of innovation led through human centered approaches at work. You adopt design thinking and create impact with design thinking, followed by helping others create impact, and then sharing those stories with the world.

Designed to complement one another, or to be used independently and no matter the nature of the challenge you’re looking to help address, the toolkit includes templates, guides, and coaching you'll need to engage others to reframe challenges into human-centered opportunities.
