Workshop & Train-the-Trainer

Learn how to provide a hands-on experience with proven approaches to successful change leadership while becoming certified to deliver ExperienceChange™.

Public ExperienceChange™ Train-the-Trainer is an open-enrollment, full-length training course facilitated by an ExperiencePoint Master Facilitator. The focus is to train participants to deliver ExperienceChange™ in a way that helps their participants learn and practice leading change skills.

In the first phase of Train-the-Trainer, participants experience ExperienceChange™ live, online over the course of two days. In the second phase, participants complete the self-directed certification program that includes instructional videos, Master Facilitator facilitation tips, teach-back exercises and confidence check quizzes.

Following completion of both the live online and self-directed modules, participants will be certified to deliver the ExperienceChange™ workshop, both to in-person and remote audiences.

Participant requirements:

  • An ambitious, dynamic facilitator with a passion for developing the capability of others.

  • Delivers ‘best workshop ever’ experiences that participants can’t stop talking about.

  • Natural and learned skills in engaging people and facilitating discussion and collaboration.

  • To maintain an active certification status, a Facilitator is required to deliver two ExperienceChange™ workshops every 12 months.

  • ExperiencePoint’s three core workshops are guided by one of our proprietary technology simulations. When an ExperiencePoint-trained facilitator delivers one of these core workshops, either internally or to a client, they must purchase simulation seats for workshop participants.

 

Note: Train-the-Trainer is not for individual learners or students.

 
 
 

Cost

$2,500 USD / person includes virtual workshop and self-directed certification.
