Navy blue Bronze Brandon Hall Group 2023 Excellence Award won by ExperiencePointToronto, ON (October 19, 2023) - ExperiencePoint is pleased to announce it has been recognized by the 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence AwardsTM for its collaboration with Baker Tilly US. The companies’ joint venture, a three-day training event, earned a Bronze Award for excellence in the Best Results of a Learning Program category on August 17, 2023.

The industry-wide recognition ExperiencePoint and Baker Tilly received for this particular learning program is a testament to how strategy can effectively be aligned with learning to deliver business results.

The award-winning program consisted of a three-day conference. Its goal was to align Baker Tilly's leaders on a new way of thinking about the business and promote cross-functional collaboration. ExperiencePoint designed and delivered three interactive sessions threaded throughout the conference, focusing on future business trends and human-centered design. Participants left with a genuine understanding of the company’s values, a clear plan for generating new streams of revenue and tools to create new client solutions.

According to Baker Tilly’s Sr. Learning Manager, Jennifer Crowfoot, introducing their people to human-centered design was pivotal in building cross-industry expertise and new collaborative capabilities.

“[A human-centered approach to business] creates better conversations with clients,” Crowfoot said. “It creates more opportunities for us to build our pipeline, and it gets our people to look at things differently.”

Leaders left the conference equipped to deliver additional value to their clients, no matter where they worked in the service line. ExperiencePoint and Baker Tilly greatly owe this program's success to three key factors outlined in the ATD webinar: "Accelerating Business Impact - Three Ways to Convert Learning into Lasting Results."

  • Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation and creativity
  • Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits
