A global pharmaceutical company’s new biotech manufacturing facility was already experiencing typical startup growing pains when the company sold the business to a specialty biopharmaceutical firm, heightening the need for change leadership competencies.


ExperiencePoint worked with the Head of HR to map the company’s change model to the ExperienceChange™ model. ExperienceChange™ was used to strengthen the competencies of 20 high-potential managers who will be leading the integration of the two companies in the wake of the facility’s sale.
